I. LAB FEES:

Several CSUN courses require the payment of special course fees (lab fees) as a condition of enrollment. Lab fees are considered registration fees and are subject to the payment deadlines specified in the Fee Payment Schedule. Lab courses dropped prior to the first day of classes will automatically be credited on the student's account.

II. PHOTO ID CARDS:

All new CSUN students must purchase a Photo ID card. To obtain your Photo ID you must bring $5.00 and additional identification (e.g. valid California Driver's License, A DMV ID, or a passport) to University Cash Services. This card is required:

• for all transactions at Admissions and Records
• to obtain campus services from the Library
• for the Student Health Center
• for the University Student Union
• to Vote in Associated Student elections, to obtain tickets from the Associated Student Ticket Office at reduced rates and to attend CSUN athletic events and selected other campus programs free of charge.

III. RETURNED CHECKS:

Checks given for registration fees but returned unpaid by a bank for any reason may result in the loss of registration privileges. If enrollment has already occurred, classes may be cancelled. Students will be required to register late and will incur a $25.00 late registration fee, in addition to a $10.00 return check charge and a $10.00 administrative late fee. Payment for returned checks and fines must be paid by cash or certified funds only.

IV. STUDENT RECEIVABLES:

Students financial transactions for registration, housing rents, Financial Aid awards and other financial obligations are maintained through the SOLAR System at California State University, Northridge. A student's Account Summary is available online using SOLAR at:

• Log in to myNorthridge (top right of the CSUN home page)
• Choose "My Path to Graduation" pagelet
• Choose "Student Center (SOLAR)"
• Choose "Finances"
• Choose "Account Information"
