To View your Student Account Information Login to the Portal and choose:
My Path to Graduation > Student Center (SOLAR) > Finances > Account Information.
Registration related fees are due at the time of registration. Check the
DUE DATES web page for more information.
If you have questions related to your financial aid application, contact the
Financial Aid and Scholarships
Office by email at:
financial.aid@csun.edu or
scholarships@csun.edu.
Students who do not pay their registration related fees by the published due date and time will be disenrolled from classes.
DISENROLLMENT means that:
- Your registration in some or all classes will be canceled.
- You will not be able to re-enroll until you have pre-paid your fees
in person at University Cash Services.
- There is no guarantee that you will be able to re-enroll in the same classes.
You will not be disenrolled if payment is made in full by the due date and time or (one of the following):
- Your student account shows anticipated financial aid sufficient to cover your fees.
- You have activated an Installment Payment Plan with University Cash Services.
- Your account is sponsored by a third party; or
- You are approved for a Fee Waiver.
Multiple Disenrollments: Students who are disenrolled two or more times due to
nonpayment by the established deadlines, will need to pay registration fees in person at University Cash
Services, prior to registering for classes.
Disenrolled in Error: If you feel you were disenrolled in error because you did pay
your fees by the deadline, and you have proof of payment, please contact University
Cash Services at ucs@csun.edu, or speak with a University Cash Services staff person, (located
in the lobby of Bayramian Hall), who can assist you with the reinstatement of your classes.
